Meet the team
Ms Masud is a UK FRCS (plast) Board Certified Specialist Consultant in Plastic Surgery who works with a team of highly trained nurses and committed secretarial support. We are a dedicated team ensuring your best care and plastic surgery in Norwich.
Ms Masud trained at Imperial College London Medical School, UK, and later on completed the Pan Thames London Specialty Plastic Surgery Training. She then undertook further fellowships across the UK, which included Skin Cancer, Microsurgery Reconstruction and TIG (Training Interface Group) Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship.
Miss Masud currently works as a Specialist Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital where she is the lead in Breast Reconstruction Surgery.
Our aim is to be honest with patients about what can be realistically achieved and provide the best quality safe surgical care without fuss.
Miss Dhalia Masud is a Consultant Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon on the GMC Specialist Register for Plastic Surgery. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (FRCS Plast) and a member of BAPRAS.

Rachel had worked in private medical practice for nine years prior to joining the team at Dalia UK in 2022, previously dealing with a wide spectrum of medical specialities. She is experienced in dealing with all aspects of patient care from point of contact through to discharge.
Although her work is mainly administrative she is happy to have the opportunity to speak with patients in person and on the phone. ‘ My door is always open for patients’. Previous background experience also includes working in bereavement services and mental health services which also involved setting up a new company peripatetic support team. ‘This was my dream to be in this role and I am happy to have achieved this within such a happy supportive team. I love every aspect of ensuring the smooth management of the company and patient care’
